Eligibility Criteria for returning of our products.
Our products have to be totally packed and in a saleable condition. In case of cash on delivery (COD) and online payment as modes of payment, there will be deduction of COD andfreight charges.
Kindly ensure you inform us about the Return along with the reason for Return. You will need to fill in the Refund Page here in order for us to be able to make the Refund.
Terms Of Acceptance On Return
Apollo Sugar Clinics Pvt. Ltd. will only accept Apollo Home Care Kits that are returned unopened. Note that any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and would be sent back to the buyer. Apollo Home Care Kit needs to be returned in the original box. If you have any further queries in this regard please call our toll free number 1800 1010103.
The warranty for our products can be availed when the buyer sends it back to Apollo Sugar Clinics Pvt. Ltd. The cost of the shipment for returns needs to be borne by the buyer. Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging do not qualify for refund or return in any manner. If any product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Apollo Sugar Clinics Pvt. Ltd. immediately and inform the customer service about the damage. A detailed email with shipment information needs to be provided. The buyer will need to ship the product back to Apollo Sugar Clinics Pvt. Ltd. The cost of the shipment needs to be borne by the buyer. All return product shipment cost needs to be borne by the customer.
If an item is found to be damaged or incorrect as per description is given in our website or any units are missing as per ordered quantity, please share the video of the outer packaging of the products received, to our customer care at [email protected] or you call us on 1800 1010103 within seven days of receipt of the product. Defective and damaged products are exchanged, customers will not have to bear the shipping cost for the new product.

Apollo Sugar Clinics Pvt. Ltd. reserves its rights to cancel orders due to limitations on quantities of products available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Apollo Sugar Clinics Pvt. Ltd. will get in touch with customers who might face any of the above mentioned problems. In case the amount has been deducted from a credit card, the mentioned amount will be refunded.
Apollo Sugar Clinics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to ask for proof of identification of the customer at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the same to can lead to cancellation of the order. In case of any gift items, the customer making the transaction online is required to provide his/her proof of identification.
Please note- We do NOT accept any returns that are sent to us directly. You need a return number for the payment to be processed. Please mention your full address while returning the product.
