- Individually responsible for achieving (Patient/ customer) Footfall Targets for Clinics unit assigned to candidate
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations related to marketing function or marketing related requirements
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; Develop, maintain and update customer database, Event Management for the footfall increase.
- Monitoring competitor activity; Regular MIS/ Feedback to manager/ corporate Office. Doing email marketing, calls & patient visits for the enrolment with organization & package conversion as per defined targets.
- Responsible for new business generation form Diabetic Patients (including those who are screened during activities) Doing active follow up for the conversion/ attendance at Clinic & conversion of Apollo Sugar packages. organizing various RWA/corporate activities/ promotional events / Jogger’s park activities and Tie Up’s
- New Customer/ patient footfall at minimal cost and or ensuring revised visits by patients.
- Out of box thinker & ready to accept challenges.
- Individually responsible for patient footfall & conversion of sugar packages to patients to meet individual targets as per business plan
- Support marketing function for all activities as per business requirement.
- Activities defined as per marketing plan time to time basis.
- Good Communication Skills, Go Getter. Networking skills, event management & sales orientaion
- Experience with Healthcare / Retail / FMCG will be an advantage
- Graduate (Any)/ MBA (Sales & Marketing). Hands on experience in Sales & Marketing (Min 2 years)
