You will get a call from our clinic team with in 12 to 24 working hours. Please confirm the Tele / Video consultation slot with a doctor.
Get Ready
Be ready with your medical records if you have any. Make sure your phone/laptop is powered and don’t run out of battery during the consultation process.
Start the Consultation
Start the Tele / Video Consultation. Please brief your problem and take short notes if anything important you feel. No need to worry about prescriptions and diagnostics, our clinical team will assist you with them.
Medication
The prescription copy will be shared to you via any electronic medium. You can either buy it or get it delivered by our Apollo Sugar Team. You can also order the medication via our Apollo Sugar App.
Diagnosis
Blood samples can be collected at your doorstep, please communicate with the clinical team. If you required any diagnosis, our clinics will be open, please coordinate with the respective clinic team.
